Well I finally had my first eHarmony date. Their system drags things out a bit too much for my tastes, but here was one girl who responded quickly and did catch my attention.

Cathy is a pretty girl of Peruvian roots with a sweet French accent. We had spent many hours talking on the phone before meeting and discussed many topics. I knew meeting her would be relaxed and I really looked forward to it. The date went well and I would have taken her out again too. But there was the problem. She is near-perfect except for the fact that she is so non-committal. I can’t help but think it’s a part of the typical waste of time dating ‘ritual’ of playing games.

I am way past playing games and really want nothing to do with it. I won’t be seeing her again.
